Our Executive Team
KEITH BERNSTEIN, MD
Dr. Bernstein specializes in diagnostic radiology and has additional post-graduate training in neuroradiology. He holds an official subspecialization certification for imaging of the brain, spine, head and neck (certificate of added qualification (CAQ), neuroradiology). He was previously in practice on the Oregon coast, and also a clinical assistant professor at OHSU.
Dr. Bernstein has served as President of CIG, is currently the Chair-Elect of Radiology, and is proud to be a staff physician of PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center.

ROBERT BLOCH, MD
Dr. Bloch is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and has additional CAQ certification in vascular and interventional radiology from the American Board of Radiology. He has special interest in vascular imaging, cardiac imaging and all aspects of interventional radiology. From 1998-2002, Dr. Bloch was an Assistant Professor on the radiology faculty at the University of Washington. His areas of expertise include general radiology, all aspects of vascular radiology including CT angiography, MR angiography and all aspects of endovascular and interventional radiology, as well as all aspects of Interventional and Vascular therapy.
Dr. Bloch is a founding member of CIG and currently is the Chairman of Radiology and Chief of Interventional Radiology at PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center.

Dr. David Boston specializes in Adult and Nuclear Cardiology. Prior to joining Columbia Imaging Group he worked at Cascade Heart in Vancouver, WA. He obtained his medical degree with honors and completed his residency at Northwestern University Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Boston currently is the Chief of Cadiac Imaging for CIG at PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center.

Dr. William Brinkman graduated magna cum laude from Ripon College. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine. Dr. Raman Kansal specializes in all aspects of Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology. He has additional interests in teaching and Teleradiology. He is a native Texan who has had the fortunate opportunity to live overseas and travel extensively. At UCLA, he was a reseacher in the PET laboratory headed by Dr. Michael Phelps and Dr. Heinrich Schelbert. Prior to joining Columbia Imaging Group he worked at the Sacred Heart Medical Center in Eugene, Oregon and at Methodist Health Systems in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Kuhle is the Director of Information Technologies as well as the Director of Body Imaging for PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center and is the past Executive Vice President of CIG.

MICHAEL MORICH, MD
Before pursuing his medical degree, Dr. Michael Morich graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. He received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. He performed his internship in internal medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine and residency in diagnostic radiology at the University Of Massachusetts School Of Medicine. He completed his cross-sectional imaging fellowship at the Brown School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Morich is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Morich is the current Director of Breast Imaging for PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center.

PAUL MORTLOCK, PAC
Paul has been working as an Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant, as a part of CIG, since the group's inception. He has been practicing as an IR PA-C since graduating with his Masters degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN. Paul's procedures are performed across the hospital: the Cath Lab, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray and occasionally a personal visit to the patient's hospital room. Paul's passion is to help patients and their families, keep them informed, and feel cared for and comfortable during their procedures with him. When not at work you are likely to find Paul spending time with his wife and new daughter. He enjoys soccer, disc golf, hiking, biking and gardening.

LAWRENCE ROSE, MD
Dr. Lawrence Rose earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he graduated cum laude. He performed an internship in internal medicine at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia. He served four years in the United States Navy and then completed his residency in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his body imaging fellowship, which included six months of musculoskeletal training, in 1997. Prior to joining Columbia imaging group, Dr. Rose was a partner in Arizona State Radiology in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Rose is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Rose is the current Executive Vice President of CIG and Director of Outpatient Imaging at Southwest Washington Imaging at Fisher's Landing (SWIFL).

Dr. Davis Teichgraeber is the newest member of the CIG Team. Although born in Georgia, she got to Texas as soon as she could, and grew up almost a native Texan. She has spent the past two years on the East Coast in specialty radiology fellowships, training in women’s imaging and general body imaging. She is excited to come west to join CIG in serving the Washington state community. In her free time, she enjoys triathlons, cooking, and travel. Judy Palazzo joined Columbia Imaging Group in 2009. Judy has over 20 years in office management with experience in the banking, construction and manufacturing fields. In her role with CIG Judy manages the business office, physicians credentialing, Human Resources, Shareholder and Corporate administration. Judy loves to travel both nationally and internationally to explore new places and experience new cultures. She also enjoys her stained glass hobby.

Johanna is Columbia Imaging Group’s Staff Accountant. She joined Columbia in 2009 bringing with her over 20 years of experience. She graduated from Western Business College with a Certificate in Accounting and is also a Certified Bookkeeper. In her spare time she looks forward to volunteering with her newly certified therapy dog.
